MathMint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy or modify the app
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for commercial purposes

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the app
• Share your account with others
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulate scores, XP, rank points or hint points by any means other than normal play
• Choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or contains personal information

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MathMint, including but not limited to puzzles, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MathMint and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Game Content

MathMint provides math puzzles for educational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all puzzles are error-free. If you find any errors, please report them to us.

6. Virtual Items and Progression

MathMint includes virtual items and progression features:

• Hint points are a virtual item earned in-game and spent on hints
• XP, levels, stars and rank points have no monetary value
• Virtual items cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for real money
• We may adjust rewards, costs and progression at any time to keep the game balanced
• Virtual items and progress may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data, or if your account is terminated

7. Leaderboards and Fair Play

Leaderboards display your chosen display name alongside your score to other players. We may remove entries, reset scores, or restrict access for any account we reasonably believe has cheated, exploited a bug, or used an offensive or impersonating display name.

8. User Data

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MathMint, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update the app from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
